Edit a User Role

Sometimes a user role needs to be changed. Only certain users with permissions can edit others' user roles, though. Let’s look at how an Administrator can easily set or change another user’s role. 
  1. From the Users app, select a User whose role you want to change. (Either scroll down the list or find the User with the Search feature in the top right corner.)
  2. In the user’s detail panel, click the Role Field.
  3. A dropdown list of roles will appear. Click on the Role you want to assign to the user. It will be saved automatically.
