Notified users in a work order

In addition to the author of a work order and the assigned user, other members of the team can be included in the updates by setting them as notified users. Users in this list will be notified of any significant changes to the work order including a new comment or a status change.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Select an active work order from the list.
  2. When viewing the single work order, click the notified user icon underneath the byline to open the existing notified users list.
  3. The users listed will receive notifications in the event of a critical change on the work order. Click the trash icon to remove a user from this list.
  4. Click the + to add new users to the list. 
  5. If the desired user is not visible, use the search input to narrow down the results by typing in the person's name. Once the user is found, click their name to add them to the notified users list.
