Assign a Work Order

Assigning a user to a work order can be a crucial step in the overall workflow and is completed in a couple simple steps. User Roles may restrict your ability to view, change, or edit assigned users.

Choosing a User

You can find the Assigned User just below the work order title. Assigning a User for the first time and thereafter is the same process listed below.

  1. Select the work order you wish to assign or create a new one.
  2. Click the Assigned User Icon, search for and choose a User. 
  3. After you select a user, click save or depending on your version, it may save automatically.
