Add a new work order
Creating a work order is a simple and straightforward process just like filling out any online form. While some fields are optional, others are required and will notify you when a problem occurs. Providing as much detail as possible can negate most communication problems.

Step by Step Instructions
- Once you have selected Work Orders from the Apps menu, click the Create Work Order button at the top of the window.
- Once the blank form comes into view, fill out the form starting with the title. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). These fields must be filled out before your work order is successfully submitted.
- Depending on your permission levels, some fields might be disabled or hidden.
- Once all the fields are filled out, click Submit Work Order. Required fields left blank will show error messages in red and highlight the field in question. When all fields are valid, the work order will be immediately created and added to the list of active work orders.
